What a pleasant surprise. The food was very good, from the salads to the sides to the main courses. Dessert options were a little thin. I have eaten here at least three other times (under protest), and the food was just awful, so I was really happy to find that things have turned around.
Only complaint was the character interactions. They came around moments after we were seated and most of us had left to go get food. Someone did come around and ask if we had seen all of them and then tried to redirect later on so that we had interaction with all characters.
Pros:
The food (suprisingly).Cons:

This show is just a great time for everyone. The performers give everything they've got and they are so good with interacting with the audience. I try to bring anyone who hasn't been before to a show. I did notice a decline in food quality this trip that I wasn't expecting. We had soggy fried chicken, flavorless mac 'n cheese, watery potatoes. I didn't get to try the beans or ribs. Dessert was even meh. Bring back the quality HDD.

Always a go to spot for character breakfast for our family but this last visit, we did notice a decline in food quality. There is no more carving bars and no more omelette station. There are sliced meats and pans of two different premade omelettes but definitely not the same. There seemed to be less of a selection of food, but the food there was, for the most part, good and well prepared. Character interactions are excellent.
Pros:
Fewer food options than before. Hope this isn't a trend here.Cons:

I had read so many negatives about this restaurant for dinner but grandkids wanted to eat here. What a pleasant surprise. The food was very good. I had the endive/walnut/goat cheese salad, which was one of the best salads I've had on property, substantial portion. I followed it up with filet mignon/potatoes/green beans, which was cooked perfectly and quite delicious. My dessert was good but options for that were limited. Would be nice to have a larger selection of French pastry for dessert.
Pros:
Beautiful atmosphere, good service, food was very, very good.Cons:
A little pricy but anymore, any good food is wherever you live (at least in the Northeast, anyway)Review of Biergarten - Lunch/Dinner

The show, food, beer and atmosphere are well worth the price and time it takes to eat here. I was a little disappointed there was no longer a carving bar and dessert selection has been drastically reduced but overall, the quality of the food offered was very good. The interaction with staff was great as well as the show.
Pros:
Authentic German food.Cons:

From previous experience, I generally avoid this option but thought, why not give it a go, it's been awhile and there are limited counter service options with seating in HS. Mistake. Cheeseburger puck (which is basically what it was) seemed like it was something you would get from a vending machine in plastic wrap. Barely warm, no flavor, rubbery. Fries were lukewarm at best.
Pros:
Large seating area.Cons:

Always late or didn't provide correct service
Pros:
Pros: they will get you there.Cons:
Paid for an express but was only provided standard this trip, we asked for an earlier pickup one day before and then they ended up sending us on the slow van to get us to airport at same time. The TSA lines at MCO can be very long, Mears does not get you there in time if there is a TSA delay. Last year waited at least 15 minutes past pickup time for our standard bus, it had gone to the wrong resort then just left without us we later found out. Surprisingly Gluten Friendly! I tagged along as a family member figuring I would be eating a salad and watching the others enjoy themselves. I was so pleasantly surprised. The chef came out and walked me through the entire buffet line, pointing out what I could and couldn't eat. They also provided me a special GF dessert. The food was great (it's the Biergarten - you can't expect gourmet - but for what it was, it was phenomenal)but it's the service that truly stood out to me. Out of all the places in EPCOT they made me feel the most safe, and they did not for a moment make me feel like a burden for having a food allergy. I wish I could say the same for the other restaurants. (Good: Japan; acceptable: Mexico, Morocco; horrible: China, sadly) Overall an amazing experience. For my fellow GFers, pick this and the hibachi place in the Japan pavillion, and let them know in advance that you have an allergy. They'll take care of you!
Pros:
Thorough explanation of food allergens and possible contamination; great atmosphere; tremendous serviceCons:

Worst dining experience in my entire Disney trip. Came in with a party of 9 people, all ordering food, I ordered first out of everyone and somehow managed to be the last one to get my food. Even though, two people in my party had the same meal. After receiving my food, I found out there was no indoor seating at all, and they also did not have a table available outside, yet they still had people flooding in. Once I sat down at a different building I began eating, and found a long black hair in my food. I am ginger.
Pros:

This and Simpsons are tied for my favorite ride in the whole resort! Great storyline and action sequences, incredible comic book theming, amazing special effects(the fire scene = chef’s kiss), and plus Doctor Octopus(the best Spidey villain) only makes it better. A true crown jewel as far as theme park rides! As a longtime Spidey fan, I am truly impressed with this ride as it delivers to what a Spider-Man ride would be, and it’s a must-do everytime I go to Universal!
