After reading reviews and seeing so many posts from the food from bloggers, I couldn't wait to eat here. We had dinner our last night at WDW here. We ate very little food to prepare for this meal. It was 45 minutes after our reservation that we were finally seated. From the moment we were seated, we were rushed. I asked for a drink menu (I should have said cocktail) and I was told only drinks available were soda, water etc.. The food started coming right away. The food was good, not excellent, but we were so rushed. I found nothing worth paying $60 a person. Unfortunately, we had spent the day at EPCOT, we were casually dressed and looked miserable from heat and sweat, we all felt out of place. I would recommend cleaning up and dressing better then shorts and Tshirt when eating there.
Pros:
Probably the best food we ate while at WDW given we ate Quick Serve for 4 daysCons:
Overpriced, rushed, was hoping for a fancy drink and was never given or offered the cocktail menu.Reviewed by RealLifeRapunzel Review Date: 06/06/2022

We went here for dinner on our last trip and it didn't live up to our expectations. But hear me out! We have a wheat allergy and eat gluten free, so we couldn't get any of the famous noodles, bread pudding, bread, meat skewers, etc; We ended up getting the salad first, which was good, but clearly not meant to show the noodles who's boss. We then got the chicken- which I loved, the steak- which was chewy and disgusting, and the shrimp- which was only mediocre and peeling it was too much work for what you got. My dad got the Mai Tai and absolutely LOVED IT. he thought it was incredible, but not enough to make the food bearable. We also don't really like to gorge ourselves with food and are super conscious about portion sizes so we didn't walk out of there full. It is in a really great location and we were able to watch the fireworks on the sand after. The gluten free replacement for the bread pudding was a coconut milk ice cream, which was okay, but it came with a flower in it which one waiter said was edible. My brother, being seven, ate the flower. Then, the next waiter came by and said that he didn't think it was edible. We ended up having to ask the manager if it was edible or not just in case we needed to take a quick hospital trip. It turned out being edible and fine, but we ended up spending over 400 dollars and walked out pretty upset. It seems like the reason people go are for the desserts, noodles, and things we couldn't eat while we were there, but we still paid the same price. We also didn't use up the all you can eat feature properly, never having another plate of food come to the table. It seems like this just isn't the restaurant for our family but I would consider going again in a pinch if they lowered prices. Although I have to say- I would make the smart decision and go to Epcot for a signature dinner and actually get your money's worth.
Pros:
Bread pudding and noodles? maybe? Location is easily accessibleCons:
Not worth the hype for allergies or in general as the food is actually not that goodReviewed by TeacherManJoe Review Date: 05/29/2022

Alright, look here buckos! (I say that with much love, please don’t be sad).
You have almost certainly heard plenty about ‘Ohana. Some people have probably told you that it is mind blowing. Others have probably claimed that it is overrated. I’m here to tell you that ‘Ohana is, quite simply, DE-FREAKING-LICIOUS. No need to read other reviews, just trust me. You don’t know me, you might not trust me. But in this I implore you: Trust me (and the countless other people who love ‘Ohana, they’re nice too)
The family-style fare here is varied and well-made. My wife and I are much bigger fans of the starters than we are of the entrees. The bread to start is GREAT, sweet and fluffy. The pot-stickers are simple and delicious. The wings have great flavor and are well-cooked. And then…..the noodles. You’ve probably heard about them. And they are. TASTY.
The entrees are well-made and solid as well. We personally liked the chicken more than the steak, but we could have stuck with the starters for the whole meal and been perfectly happy with that.
But friends, let me tell you about the greatest way to end a meal of all time: ‘Ohana Bread Pudding. Literally something that we often dream about even months after we eat it. The bread pudding is soft and flavorful, and then you add the caramel sauce and have the ice cream on top? Just freaking amazing! We were STUFFED from the meal and yet still pushed through to eat the bread pudding and could not have been happier. I’ve never sat and just marveled at the food I just put in my mouth more than I did with the ‘Ohana Bread Pudding. Okay, I’ll stop now.
Atmosphere-wise, ‘Ohana is great as well! The Polynesian Resort is awesome in the first place, and ‘Ohana is no exception. There are lots of tables by the windows that overlook the little volcano pool area which is cool and even a view of the castle across the lake. You aren’t guaranteed one of these tables, but request one if you can, because it’s pretty gorgeous! Additionally, there are often musicians who will come around the restaurant with a Ukelele and do some singing, which is fun too!
Side note: I recommend the Lapu Lapu cocktail. It comes in a pineapple and is nice and tasty! Expensive, but great!
The one thing we would recommend would be to use your requesting powers wisely. If you especially like one dish, request more of it. I will say that I felt bad for wasting some of the entree portions that we got, so if you know you’re not going to be a big fan of one of the dishes, request to omit it.
SO much food, but SO much deliciousness here! GO!
Pros:
The flavors at play in many of the dishes here are just delightful Great atmosphere, with some great views THE. BREAD. PUDDING!!!Cons:
The entrees are a bit underwhelming compared to the starters and dessert Can be REALLY tough to get a reservationReviewed by annat856 Review Date: 05/23/2022

It's been years since we've been able to snag a ressie here. The bread and salad are so good! We asked for extra bread and wow! You get a platter of appetizers: Wings, pot stickers with a yummy glaze, the famous noodles and broccolini. We polished it off and got more wings and pot stickers! The meats in post covid time are grilled steak, which I liked. Large peel and eat shrimp which were okay. And a roast chicken that I didn't bother with. My DH and sons liked it. We knew of the different meats and just changed our eating strategy to getting more wings and pot stickers which we love! The dessert was incredible! Bread pudding with ice cream on top and a caramel sauce. It was a bit small so our server brought us an additional one! Yumm! At the end the manager came out to talk to us and make sure we enjoyed the meal and thanked us for choosing Ohana. We were pleasantly surprised.
Pros:
We love the Poly atmosphere! The appetizers are incredible and dessert so yummy!Cons:

Have to say I was disappointed for dinner. I was so excited to come here and so let down. It had been a long time since I was here and was looking forward to it. I didn't appreciate the prix fixe meal, there were only a couple items that I wanted and a whole lot I didn't care for, wish they still had ala carte menu. It seemed like everything had a sauce on it. Props on the bread pudding and the pot stickers. Just hated to see all the extra food go to waste and had no choice in the matter about what they served us. Our server wasn't particularly friendly either. It felt like she just tossed the family platters on the table and ran. She also tried to guilt trip us about needing some kid friendly foods. Not cool!
Pros:
Bread pudding and pot stickers.Cons:
Too much over sauced food that went to waste. Really wish I could recommend as I have fond memories from a long time ago but it didn't stand the test of time.Reviewed by NattyAnn Review Date: 03/31/2022

I had heard so much about this restaurant that I just had to eat here. It was ok. Just ok. The noodles were overcooked. The wings and potstickers were fine, but nothing that I really can't get at so many other places. The entree chicken was raw in the middle (which they did take care of and brought us chocolate covered bacon to make up for it, which was very kind...we did not ask for anything, just to get chicken that was cooked all the way through). The bread pudding was amazing! I'm calling this a one and done for us. I'm glad we experienced it, but I don't need to go back.
Pros:
Dessert is amazing, and the view is wonderful.Cons:
Food is just ok, but definitely not worth the price.Reviewed by MouseHouse36 Review Date: 03/28/2022

I loved the appetizers!!! The chicken wings are the best I’ve ever had. The pot stickers and noodles are great. I was way too full by the time the meats came out to fully enjoy them. PSA make sure you are super hungry for this meal. I ate a late lunch (big mistake) and had an 8pm ohana reservation and I feel like I wasted a lot of food.
Pros:
Lots of great foodCons:

This was our first time dining at Ohana. With how difficult it is to get a dinner reservation and all of the hype I hear about this restaurant I was really excited to eat here. We waited for 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated, which is understandable with a Saturday and Spring Break crowds coming to the resort. The bread and salad were good, I enjoyed the dressing and the butter for the bread. The skillet with pot stickers, noodles, chicken wings and broccolini came first. I was really disappointed with the wings, they were so salty I could only eat 2 of them. The noodles and pot stickers were the best part of the meal.
The steak was not horrible, but not great, just meh. The chicken is thighs, salty and greasy, not a lot of meat on it. I did not eat the shrimp.
The bread pudding desert is good.
For $55 per person I can get a much better meal at steakhouse 71 at the contemporary resort.
Overall I was disappointed.
Pros:
Bread Noodles and Pot stickersCons:

We tried this based on all the hype we’ve read and viewed online and it didn’t disappoint. The peel and eat shrimp are outstanding! The salad and dressing is fresh and bright. And the noodles and wings are simply mouth watering. This place is now a must do on every trip to DW.
Pros:
Easy access on a MK day, amazing theme and vibe, and unique and outstanding food.Cons:
Kind of pricey, and hard to get a reservation.Reviewed by kmark2 Review Date: 02/26/2022

This is one of mine and my husbands favorite places to eat at WDW! We ate here for dinner on February 10, 2022 and it was a perfect time because while we were eating we got to see MK fireworks and they piped the music into the restaurant. My daughter loved that! The food here is amazing! My favorites are the salad, the noodles and the bread pudding. My husband is a meat eater and he loves the meat, chicken and shrimp that they bring to the table. My 14 year old has been trying new things and tried and liked just about everything on the table. My 12 year old, who is very picky, liked the wings and the chicken. My 8 year old is very picky and really only ate the bread, a very little bit of chicken and the ice cream that came with the bread pudding. Our server was so nice and him and my husband made jokes back and forth the whole time. We asked him to take a picture of our table and he took several for us. I loved that there was a ukulele player that was roaming around the restaurant playing, it was such a nice touch. We were all stuffed by the end. My only complaint about this restaurant is the price. Maybe my husband ate enough to justify paying that much but the rest of us, especially my picky 8 year old, did not eat that much food. We will probably come back though because we love it so much!
