This was our second experience here, and it was a great one. The princesses really focused on our daughter and made sure her experience was magical. Food was pretty good, actually, and our server went out of his way to make sure everyone at my table was happy and had a full tummy! I wouldn't recommend coming here every time you go to Disney, but definitely try it once... especially if you have princess fans in your group.

Pros:

Surprised with the food, great character interactions, excellent service

Cons:

Price

Our dining party was my 15 year old daughter and my husband. We started our royal adventure by a picture with Cinderella. Years ago we were given the actual photo but it is now linked to your photopass with your magic band. We were very hungry and started the meal with a tasting plate. This is where our disappointment began. We are three hungry "adults" and the plate had barely anything on it. I mean three little half pieces of bread and a few cheeses and meats. It was good and we enjoyed trying everything but the plate could have served 1 person. We should have each had our own plate. Next up was our main entrée. My husband and I ordered the beef and shrimp. The shrimp were way over cooked but had good flavor. The beef and potatoes were great. My daughter ordered the fish of the day which was salmon and loved it. Again, the portions were incredibly small. The dessert was good. They had the chocolate mousse and I had the carrot cake. Good but nothing "out of this world." The princess interaction was Amazing! We were visited by Snow White, Jasmine, Aurora and Ariel. They were interactive and fun. Overall, it is worth it to eat in the castle once but the overall price of the food was so ridiculous for the portion. I left not feeling full and wanted a snack 2 hours later! Honestly, I paid $75 per meal! The portions should have been bigger OR they could have served a salad and rolls with the meals. I will not be eating here for a very long time because of the food portions. If you have young children that adore the princesses, it is a must do!I give this a ten for character interaction and 5 for food portion for the price I paid. So it comes out to a Total of 7.

Pros:

Meeting Princesses, Castle is Cool

Cons:

Small Food Portion

You are clearly paying for the atmosphere here but the menu has slid over the years - bring back Major Domos Pie! Service is very good and the restaurant is beautiful.

Pros:

It's in the castle! Princesses

Cons:

price, menu selections

Very mixed review here. We checked in, and were taken to get the photo in a timely manner. but after that, we were JAMMED into that tiny, dark lobby for twenty minutes waiting to be called up. Cinderella did not seem very happy to be there, her smile and cheer seemed forced. The dining room is nice, our server was polite and efficient, if not very cheerful. Some of the princesses seemed harried and not particularly happy to be there. But all came around in a short time. The food was better than expected. we both had the beef short rib. They need more/better options for kids though. Their food wasn't very good and my son would not touch his at all. We knew the 2 table credits was for eating in the castle, but the adult entrees turned out to be good. the pumpkin cheesecake was very good, the flourless chocolate cake was so sweet and rich it is pretty much fudge.

Pros:

food, view

Cons:

the waiting lobby, some princesses not very happy

Sitting and eating with the princesses is super cool! Although, the food wast just okay, and kind of overpriced for something you could get at any other boufet. and they did kind of rush us through our meal. But, if you have a kiddo who loves their princesses, it might be a fun experience!

Pros:

Cool atmosphere! The princesses are really friendly too, and kids love it!

Cons:

Overpriced mediocre food, was a bit rushed to eat.

I went to Cinderella's Royal Table and loved the immersion. It felt so magical to be in the castle and the theming is great. I also loved to see the princesses. This is a great chance to meet the princesses without a crazy-long line at Fairytale Hall or having to scope princesses out in the park. However, it can be very hard to get a reservation and sometimes you have to book months in advance. Also, the food is just meh and the kid's meals are not appetizing. I think its a magical experience, but you don't need to do it more than once. If you aren't crazy about meeting princesses, you can definetely skip it. The highlight is meeting the characters not the food that is less than mediocre.

Pros:

Meeting the princesses, being in the castle

Cons:

Hard to book, food isn't great

We ate here two years ago and enjoyed it. The princesses were still lovely - Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White, Jasmine, and Aurora - but the food and service weren't good this year. We had lunch 12/03/19. The check in staff are rude here - only restaurant on property they refuse to check you in even a minute early. And then when it is your time to check in they make you stand against a wall. They really need to streamline this. My boyfriend's pork chop was inedible - it was extremely tough. He doesn't want to eat here again. Deluxe dining plan two adults $171.47.

Pros:

Princesses

Cons:

Food quality and service, check-in is terrible - not allowed to check in even one minute prior!

We had never experienced CRT before and thought this might be a nice Mother's Day meal since Cinderella is my fav Princess.

We arrived a bit early for our reservation but were seated within 10 minutes. We didn't get to have our photo taken with Cinderella as she was 'headed to tea'. She also never once made an appearance during our meal. We did get photos with Snow White, Rapunzel, Aurora and Ariel. The food was just OK. The Chef's Tasting Plate was odd, but we're adventurous eaters so we dived in. The only thing that seemed really enjoyable was the hummus. I had the Gnocchi with Seasonal vegetables. it was ok, but there was an overpowering spice that I had a difficult time getting past. I think it was cinnamon. DS had pan Seared Salmon which he enjoyed and DH had the Short Ribs. Both enjoyed their meal very much.

We all had 'The Clock Strikes Twelve' for dessert.. it was very good.

Overall, while the food was alright, it wasn't spectacular by any means and after all, you are paying for the experience more-so than the food. The Character encounters were fun... Rapunzel was hilarious and had us giggling almost the entire meal. The other Princesses were wonderful and completely in character.. it was amazing to watch them as they never break character even a tiny bit.

I booked CRT and enjoyed for the experience but, it's likely only to be a 'once is enough' experience for us.

Pros:

Princesses

Cons:

Food, No Cinderella, felt a little rushed

The Good stuff - the food was pretty good, the wait staff was attentive. The NOT SO GOOD - getting in here is really a hassle - podium check in folks rather rude if you get there too early. The photo session with Cinderella is long and drawn out...Dining room is fun to see, but since it's a character meal, it's a kid magnet (we were a party of 6 adults). All the princesses did stop by our table, and we did take photos. Since this is Magic Kingdom, no alcohol is served, even with a very expensive tenderloin. Just isn't the same with s Pepsi! Certainly not worth 2 TS credits on the Dining Plan.

Pros:

atmosphere

Cons:

not worth 2 TS credits
