| Nov. 03 - Jan. 07 | a bug's land : Disney California Adventure | Sneak Peek of "Coco" A sneak peek with enhanced effects of the film "Coco" will be shown in the "It's Tough to Be a Bug" Theater. The movie opens in theaters on November 22. |
| Nov. 10 - Jan. 07 | Disney California Adventure : Disneyland Resort | Festival of Holidays Returns for the 2017 holiday season with special entertainment and food and beverage kiosks celebrating holiday traditions around the world. |
| Jan. 18 | Disneyland Park : Disneyland Resort | Disneyland After Dark: "Throwback Nite" The first in a 2018 series of Disneyland After Dark events is "Throwback Nite" on January 18. This is an after-hours event that requires a separate admission tickets. Tickets are $95 and go on sale on November 30 to Annual Passholders and on December 7 to the general public. |
| Jan. 26 - Feb. 18 | Disney California Adventure : Disneyland Resort | Lunar New Year Celebration The Lunar New Year celebration at Disney California Adventure expands to 24 days in 2018, from Friday, January 26 through Sunday, February 18. Highlights include "Mulan's Lunar New Year Procession", the World of Color pre-show "Hurry Home - Lunar New Year Celebration", live musical performances, and meet and greets with Disney characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Mushu, and Mulan, dressed in the Lunar New Year attire. Foods inspired by Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cultures will be available at three Asian marketplaces, and the Paradise Garden Grill will feature a Lunar New Year menu. |
