Tinkerbell Crossbody Satchel Dooney and Bourke created to commemorate the January, 2013 Tinkerbell Half Marathon in Disneyland.
ITEM DESCRIPTION: Donated by Mari May is this beautiful, brand new purple Dooney & Bourke TInkerbell Crossbody Satchel. It comes in the original "packaging" with Dooney & Bourke tissue paper and was sealed in a plastic bag. I undid the wrapping only to take a photograph. It comes with a commemorative leather hang-tag for the Tinkerbell Half Marathon.

Posted onIt's that time again and soon the holidays will be upon us! As I have done for the past several years, I have a special IllumiNations dessert party planned on December 8, 2013. Tickets now on sale. Your entire ticket price of $75 will go to my Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.
The evening consists of a buffet of sweets, cheeses and berries that we can enjoy in our own private area as we watch IllumiNations and the very special holiday finale.

New Village Market Kiosk to Open in Fantasyland
Posted onA new Village Market Kiosk will open soon at the base of the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in the New Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom. Frozen beverages, natural lemonade and fresh snacks will be available. All items appear to be part of the Disney Dining Plan Snack Program.
Allergy Friendly Dining in Animal Kingdom
Posted onAnimal Kingdom recently introduced a new kiosk that focuses on Allergy Dining Tips. When I first heard about it, I was quite excited. In addition to having a shellfish allergy, I am also a Type 1 insulin-pumping diabetic, which means I really have to watch what I eat.
So, I made a visit to Animal Kingdom to learn for myself. The kiosk is located to the right of the Tip Board toward Asia, just before the new Mickey and Minnie meet-and-greet location. At park opening, a cast member was standing outside the kiosk. Later in the day, I saw a different cast member inside.
