Here at AllEars, one of our favorite parts of the Disney Parks is live entertainment. Bands and musicians pop up all over Disneyland, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and the resorts to serenade guests. But did you know that you can join these bands?
Disney Live Entertainment is currently hiring musicians across all genres, proficient in dozens of instruments, in both Anaheim and Orlando. That’s right, Disney is hiring for your dream job!
In Orlando, Disney Live Entertainment is hiring experienced musicians for a new show band at Disney World that will service weddings and other private events. This band will perform a variety of styles, including Top 40 hits, Jazz music, and classic Disney songs as needed.
They’re in search of guitarists, electric bassists, acoustic drummers, keyboardists, trumpeters, trombonists, and saxophonists. Vocal ability is a plus, but not required. Musicians should be comfortable working in theatrical settings, including fog and pyro, with the potential for costumes. If you’re interested, run to Disney’s website, because the application closes on May 31st at 11:30 PM Eastern Time!
At Disneyland, Disney Live Entertainment is seeking highly skilled drummers who are proficient in marching and drum corps-style drumming for seasonal roles. Shows listed include Holiday Toy Drummers and Cookin’ with the Jammin’ Chefs at Disney California Adventure Park.
