NEW McDonald’s Happy Meal Toys Debut NEXT WEEK

Things are getting strange around here! If you’ve been following AllEars for a while, you might know we LOVE McDonald’s. From new menu items to new Happy Meal toys, we are always keeping up with the fast food chain.

If you’re like us, you’ll be super excited to hear that NEW Happy Meal toys are dropping very soon. Not only are they coming soon, but they also look pretty familiar.

Are you ready to head back into Hawkins, Indiana? Sure, Stranger Things ended earlier in 2026, but the story is far from over. On Netflix, Stranger Things: Tales from ’85 debuted in April 2026, taking fans back into the story of El, Mike, Will, and more of those famous characters.

Now, McDonald’s is partnering with Netflix to debut new Happy Meals toys to celebrate! They teased the collaboration over on Instagram, showing the classic Happy Meal box in a stormy red sky above Hawkins. The new collaboration is debuting on May 5th, 2026, in the United States.  

Netflix shared that Dustin and his friends have formed the Hawkins Investigators Club, but they need your help to defeat a new threat. The new Happy Meal will include:

• • A custom Stranger Things: Tales From ‘85-inspired Happy Meal box
  • One of 12 collectible character toys
  • A Stranger Things activity book
  • A QR code that unlocks a digital experience and interactive game where fans help save Hawkins (and McDonald’s) from the monsters

The collection will then debut in Singapore, Norway, Australia, Germany, Portugal, Italy, India, and Korea over the next few weeks. They even created a short video of the kids debating what to order at McDonald’s before the demogorgons attack in the restaurant.
