This might be your sign that you need to book a Disney vacation! Southwest Airlines is having a ticket sale, so you might be able to save big on plane tickets to Disney World or Disneyland.

Southwest is calling the sale the “Trendiest. Sale. Ever.” and offering one-way tickets for as low as $67. We have all the details for you!

The sale is happening now through December 18th at 11:59 PM PT. The special deal is available for travel between January 6th, 2026, and March 4th, 2026. Tickets are available for as low as $67, so keep in mind that not all tickets will be $67. Southwest has also said that seats, days, and markets are limited. Also, the fine print says that travel is valid on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but the advertised fares may be available on other days of the week. So while the flight you are looking for might not be included, it never hurts to take a quick look and see if you can save money!

Before you book your ticket with Southwest Airlines, though, make sure you know about the changes! First off,  the airline has ended its “bags fly free” policy, and you will now need to pay for your bags. Some passengers can still take advantage of free checked bags. Choice Extra fares, Rapid Rewards® A-List Preferred Members, and Getaways by Southwest Customers receive two free checked bags. A-List Members and Rapid Rewards Credit Card members receive their first checked bag for free.

As well, beginning January 27th, the airline is moving to assigned seating. Southwest Airlines was known for its open seating policy, but that will change in 2026. However, if you are looking to avoid the stress of getting your bags to and from your hotel, Southwest Airlines has partnered with Disney World to offer a luggage transfer program. You can drop your bags at the Southwest bag drop and get them delivered directly to your hotel. You can also drop them off at your hotel and pick them up at your home airport.

Now that some of Southwest Airlines’ perks are going away, it is more important than ever to compare ticket prices to ensure you are getting the best deal and to weigh the perks offered by each airline.
