December 2nd has been circled in my calendar for a while now because Disney Happy Meal toys are coming to McDonald’s.
I think most of us have some sort of nostalgia for collecting different Happy Meal toys and begging our parents to take us to McDonald’s so we can try to get our favorite character, just to end up with so many repeats. Well, now’s your chance to relive this because 70 toys are coming in hot!
It’s the Disneyland 70th anniversary, and while we’ve been celebrating since early this year, McDonald’s has finally decided to get in on the fun. 70 different toys are being released, all dedicated to the 70th anniversary.
There’s a huge range of characters and icons like Tiana in her Tiana’s Bayou Adventure outfit, Dumbo, Sleeping Beauty, and even the Disneyland castle. I love seeing Mickey and Minnie in their 70th outfit, too.
Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel characters are included, too!
Pretty sure I’m going to need that Haunted Mansion Hatbox Ghost figure.
Tinker Bell and Jack Jack are looking so cute. I don’t think there’s a single one I would be upset to get.
Is that Chip and Dale in a teacup? Yes, it is. Need we say more?
Back during Disney’s 100th anniversary, we were trying to collect a bunch of the Happy Meal toys, too. There were 62 total, but the number of repeats we got was getting out of hand. Grogu and Tiana, anyone?
While these will be coming to your local McDonald’s, we’ll probably pick up a few from the McDonald’s right on Disney World property. Personally, this is my stop for grabbing a Coke before heading to the parks, but heads up, you’ll get paper straws here!

I was kind of excited when I saw the headline to this story but as soon as I saw the toys, legit disappointment. Not only are you paying 3× the amount for the same exact burger you ate as a kid, the quality of the toys are garbage. Cheap plastic crap. When I was a kid you could collect actual beanie babies, glass cups, etc. It’s just so pathetic what you get for your money these days.

America’s got to get better paper straws. Canadian paper straws, I’ve had one in a Mountain Dew bottle since May or June, and it still hasn’t dissolved.
