We have had so much fun this Halloween season — why not celebrate by planning our festivities for next year? We are pretty convinced it is never too early to start planning your next vacation. While we love our Disney World and Disneyland trips, something NEW is coming to Dollywood next year that might have us planning a Halloween trip to this Tennessee theme park.

Not only is Dollywood welcoming a brand-new ride in 2026, but the park is also introducing a new Halloween event! Dollywood goers have been enjoying the Harvest Festival for years with its live entertainment, fall treats, and illuminating surprises. But next year, something new is coming to Dollywood.
A NEW nighttime event is coming to Dollywood in 2026! Harvey’s Boo Bash is coming to “America’s friendliest theme park” on October 16th, 23rd, and 20th, 2026. This new Halloween event will be hosted by Dollywood’s lovable pumpkin character, Harvey.

The celebration will be a limited-capacity event featuring entertainment, treats, and fun. Guests will need to purchase a separate ticket for this event, unlike Dollywood’s Harvest Festival, which is included with park admission.

Harvey’s Boo Bash will begin at 9 PM and run through midnight. During the event, guests will enjoy candy collecting stations, event-only food and merchandise, and access to many of Dollywood’s attractions. The good news is that this event is family-friendly! You won’t experience any jump scares during this event, and it is not a Dollywood meets Halloween Horror Nights kind of event. Think more along the lines of a Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Dollywood.

Harvey’s Boo Bash will be in addition to the Harvest Festival (happening from September 14th through October 31st, 2026). Halloween isn’t the only holiday you can celebrate at Dollywood, though! The theme park has a wide variety of festivals throughout the year, including Smoky Mountain Christmas, the I Will Always Love You Music Festival, the Flower & Food Festival, and the Smoky Mountain Summer Celebration. There is so much to explore at Dollywood!
