It’s HOT in Disney World, and you know what that means. It means we’re going to remind you of how important it is to stay hydrated when you’re visiting the theme parks.

Of course, we carry water bottles to Disney World year-round, and we’ve tested out a lot of the big brands. Now, all things considered, we just tested five water bottle brands in the parks, and the winner totally surprised us.
Starting with last place is the Simply Modern Water Bottle. Although it may be worth the price, we wouldn’t pay much more for it. We do love the Disney touch, but it’s also deceptively large to the eye, with how much water it can actually hold. It also comes with another silicone tube to fit inside the bottle.

It is functional, but doesn’t keep your water cool as long as the other water bottles we tried. It will do the job, but you might be dumping water out of it after a few hours to get fresher, colder water.
Next up is the Hydro Flask 24-Oz. Wide Flex Straw Water Bottle. We’ll admit that we think the price here is mostly just for the name brand because the bottle itself isn’t our favorite style. However, this bottle’s slim design means it fits in your bag pockets and car cup holders easily. It does a good job of keeping cold drinks cold, and it comes apart easily for quick cleaning.

However, we have a hard time sipping from this water bottle at a tilted angle. You can only get a really good full sip if your face is completely above the straw.
Next up in our ranking is the YETI Rambler. This 26-oz. water bottle is vacuum-insulated so it keeps water cold much longer, even when directly exposed to the sun. You also get a second straw as a replacement or to swap out between cleanings. It also has a registered warranty. The flip top is easy to work with, and it has an air flow valve to keep the water stream flowing through sips.

With that being said, though, it is a bulkier water bottle, although that bulk is what keeps your water colder longer. The handle is static, too, and doesn’t flip down. That’s why this really good water bottle has still found itself in 3rd place! There are simply just even better options out there.
Don’t worry, Owala fans, because our Owala Disney Princess Rapunzel FreeSip Water Bottle came in second place. We were SHOCKED it wasn’t in first, too, trust us! Owala is a proven brand, after all, and it’s another one that’s worth every penny. It has a fun design that comes in a variety of colors, plus we like the soft-close spout that keeps water from spilling inside your bag.

It doesn’t sweat on the outside and can keep a drink cold for several hours, even on super hot days. The size of this water bottle is good, too, plus they’re durable (and yes, we’ve dropped ours a lot).
So the water bottle that made it out on top surprised us. It’s our good old reliable Stanley IceFlow Water Bottle. First, we think it’s worth the price tag. We also love that the handle flips down on both sides for easy carrying. It’s a slimmer water bottle, too, but it still can carry enough cold water to keep you hydrated for hours.

Our favorite feature, though, is that it completely comes apart so you can clean EVERYTHING really well. So many water bottles don’t do that.
We will say, all of these options were better than just going to the park and trying to hunt down a bottle of water. There are so many refillable stations throughout the park that make it easier to stay hydrated on those hot Disney World days. Fill these babies up with ice, and you should have cold water throughout the day!
In the meantime, we’ll be keeping an eye out for the latest Disney deals, so make sure you stay tuned to AllEars for more!
