Southwest Airlines is running a sale that has flights as cheap as $49, but you’ll have to hurry!

With so many changes lately to flying, it can feel like an absolute miracle when you find flights that don’t completely blow your travel budget out of the water. If you’ve been putting off booking your next vacation or have been curious about exploring a new destination soon, but are hesitant because of how much that would cost, Southwest’s new low fares offer might be just the break you’ve been searching for!
If you’re looking to score cheap flights with Southwest’s limited-time sale, you’ll need to hurry because these deals are taking off soon. Southwest Airlines is one of our “go-to” airlines when we consider flying for vacation and business. Right now, they’re running a very limited-time offer that could have you snagging your next flight for as low as $49!

This sale is only available now through June 26th for travels between September 2nd and December 17th, 2025, so you’ll need to decide on where you’re going and make sure you’re booked before the deadline expires. These fares are limited and may contain blockout dates for select destinations and days of the week. Seats, days, and markets are limited, as well.

As we were looking through the policies and restrictions for these flights, we also noticed that this offer could be combined with another offer at the same time, so long as the other offer is compatible with Southwest Airlines® combinable fares. If you’re looking to combine this offer with other fare offers, the most restrictive fare rules apply.

Fares are valid on nonstop service where indicated; if not indicated, fares are valid on single connecting service. Additionally, the displayed prices include all U.S. and international government taxes and fees. If you’re planning to use points to book, these bookings would not include taxes, fees, and other government/airport charges of at least $5.60 per one-way flight.

Fares may vary by destination, flight, and day of the week and won’t be available on some flights that operate during very busy travel times and holiday periods. Travel is available for one-way Basic fares unless otherwise specified. Interisland Hawaii and Cuba travel is available for one-way Wanna Get Away Plus® fares. Standby travel may require a fare upgrade depending on the fare purchased and Rapid Rewards® tier status.

These basic fares are nonrefundable and non-changeable except as allowed by Southwest Airlines’ 24-hour cancellation policy. Travelers may be eligible for a flight credit if their flight is canceled at least 10 minutes before the flight’s original scheduled departure time. Failure to cancel before departure will result in forfeiture of remaining funds on the reservation. Additional fees and charges for optional products and services may apply.
