So while it’s sad to see Shula’s go, we’re also very intrigued by what’s next. Bourbon Steak already has locations in some seriously luxe hotels — like the Waldorf Astoria in California — and if our experience at that location is anything to go by, we’re in for a whole new level of Disney dining.
