Disney World dining isn’t just about eating at the parks!

If you didn’t know, some of the best restaurants on Disney World property are right at the hotels (shocker, I know!). So, often, you’ll find us hopping out of the parks to grab a quick bite at a restaurant in one of the resorts close by. Also, sometimes it’s not about eating a full meal from one particular restaurant. To that point, we wanted to share three eats that you should grab in order to have a progressive dining experience from the monorail hotels. Let’s break it down!
So what’s all this about a progressive dinner around the monorail? Something about three eats? Yes, and yes. We’re going to suggest three of our favorites for you (one from each of the three monorail resorts) — POG Juice, Mac and Cheese, and a Stack Burger!
POG Juice from Kona Island
First up, we LOVE POG juice which is a Orange, Passion Fruit, and Guava blend. No, seriously we can’t get enough of this juice. It’s quite a famous juice around Disney World (you can find it at a number of table service restaurants) and it’s very popular in Hawaii.

It’s one of our favorites here at AllEars, but there are not a lot of places where you can just walk up to a counter and get it to go. The good news, though, is that you can grab an iced POG juice from Kona Island.
Mac and Cheese from Gasparilla Island Grill
Next, let’s head over to Gasparilla Island Grill at the Grand Floridian and pick up what just might be THE best mac and cheese in all of Disney World (we’re not even playing). We get serious about cheese ’round these parts. You can get the house-made Macaroni and Cheese in two (2) sizes: a side or an entree.

And this isn’t your typical theme park mac and cheese. It’s got so much flavor. It’s very creamy, smooth, rich, and (best of all) cheesy.
Stack Burger from Steakhouse 71
Last up, leads head on over to Steakhouse 71, which is located at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and go grab the Steakhouse 71 Stack Burger, which is a Signature Blend of Beef with American Cheese, Lemon Aïoli, Red Onion, and House-made Pickles on a Brioche Bun. By the way, this is just one of Walt Disney’s favorite meals (fun fact for the day).

Talk about a delicious burger! Every time we have it, we’re wowed by the ingredients and how they complement each other perfectly. Also, this burger is consistently good. I mean, every time. Basically, it’s one we can always count on it being delicious.

There you have it! Those were three “eats” we think you’d love from the monorail resorts at Disney World, and we’d love to hear about your picks! Until then, keep following us here at AllEars for all the latest Disney World news, tips, reviews, and more!
