From checking in for your flight to going through TSA, and then waiting at your gate to board your flight, there’s a lot of waiting to be done at the airport. If you’re at the airport you’re plagued with the waiting game.

But if you’re a Capital One card holder, you won’t have to wait much longer. A new lounge update will remove an extra “wait” from your day at the airport.
Capital One just rolled out mobile waitlists for their airport lounges! This is a huge game changer for their lounges, and it allows eligible guests to bypass waiting entirely, here’s how!

Travelers who hold an eligible Capital One card can reserve a spot on the lounge’s waitlist through the mobile app. This creates a streamlined waiting process that manages capacity and can eliminate waits entirely!

The waitlist is only active when capacity needs to be managed, and a spot on the waitlist can be requested remotely, even before getting to the airport! This creates an easier, more relaxing process for those who utilize the lounge’s services.

You’ll have 15 minutes to arrive at the lounge should you be on the waitlist and be called. The app will give you live capacity updates based on your lounge and location. There are currently lounges in Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), Washington Dulles (IAD), and Denver (DEN).

We’ll keep you updated on any more news relating to airport lounges as it comes out, especially since Capital One says they’ll continue rolling out this service to other eligible card holders. So stay tuned to AllEars for more travel tips and tricks!
