Who doesn’t have dreams of living next to Walt Disney World?

Better yet, who doesn’t have dreams of living in a MANSION next to Walt Disney World? Because we know we do. No matter how far-fetched that dream may seem, we still like to window shop. Recently, we found out about a mansion that is for sale right now… and we wanted to take a look at it. So, naturally, we’re going to take you along for the ride as well!

When we heard this mansion was for sale, we had to take a look at all the photos to see what this place looked like… and we weren’t disappointed. In an article posted by the Orlando Business Journal, they announced that former Boston Red Sox and New York Yankee player Johnny Damon is selling his mansion in Windermere — for a mere $30 million.

Now that we picked our jaws up off the floor, it is time for us to see what this price tag comes with. Located in the Lake Butler Sound community in Windermere, this mansion has direct lake access.

This mansion was built in 2010 and measures 30,949 square feet. It features 9 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, and a ton of built-in amenities. For example, it has a tennis court and basketball court right in its backyard!

What else does it have?

Well, aside from the tennis and basketball courts, it has a bowling alley, recreation room, home gym, a resort-style saltwater pool with a swim-up bar, and even a hair and beauty salon.

We’re really in love with this pool.

There is also a ton of space to entertain guests. From the kitchen, entertainment room, formal living room, formal dining room, and outdoor spaces– it feels like there are endless possibilities for things to do with guests.
