ALL the New Releases Coming to Disney+ in July!

Disney movies have been hitting the silver screen for the summer with the release of Elemental and Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, but what else can Disney throw our way?

We’ve got the scoop on what you can expect to hit Disney+ throughout the month of July, and we’re getting very excited about one upcoming release!

There are so many exciting offerings coming to Disney+ this month, starting with some older classics made modern. Disney+ will begin debuting a collection of a whopping 28 newly-restored Walt Disney Animation Studios classic shorts. The new The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse: Steamboat Silly will debut on Disney+ on Friday, July 28th, 2023.

In these new shorts, you’ll join Mickey Mouse as he takes a stroll down memory lane by watching old home movies, but when he accidentally unleashes hundreds of “Steamboat Willie” Mickeys from the film reel, he and the gang must stop them from wreaking havoc on the town with their old cartoon antics.

Starting on July 5th, 2023, another animated series—Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire—will premiere on Disney+ with all its episodes.

This new series highlights ten futuristic visions from Africa with a lively and sci-fi feel inspired by its diverse histories and cultures.

It wouldn’t be summer without sharks and Nat Geo, though! Throughout July, Disney+ will begin adding a number of SHARKFEST specials from National Geographic. But that’s not all that’s in store; take a look below for when you can expect each new title to release:
