Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel is a favorite among many Disney fans! The fun theming and crazy antics have won over the hearts of many! Whether you’re looking for a good drink or for a volcanic eruption, this spot has it all!
With Trader Sam’s recent reopening on July 2nd, you know we had to go see how the newly reopened fan favorite is holding up!
One of the biggest changes so far at Trader Sam’s is the implementation of a virtual queue. Starting at 11AM, a virtual queue for outdoor dining opens up! Starting at 4PM, a virtual queue for indoor dining is available! Just scan the QR code by Trader Sam’s and join in!
Trader Sam’s indoor and outdoor dining areas have plenty of seating and great theming! The Jungle Cruise-inspired theming really shines inside the restaurant and bar!
Keep in mind that much of the theming and antics really shine when you’re indoors, so it might be worth waiting until 4!
About 45 minutes after we joined the virtual queue, we were seated! First, we grabbed the Panko-crusted Long Beans served with Togarashi Aïoli!
Next, we ordered the Angus 1/2 lb Hawaiian Cheeseburger with Grilled Pineapple, Applewood-smoked Bacon, Havarti Cheese, Butter Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, and Sweet-and-Spicy Spread, served with Sweet Potato Fries!
And last (but certainly not least) we got the Hawaiian Platter with Furikake seasoned Thai Jasmine Rice and Macaroni Salad, served with Poached Chicken Breast!
