Have you ever wondered what it could be like to live inside a castle? Of course you have! Who hasn’t? What if we were to tell you that it’s possible to live inside a home designed by one of Disney’s most prolific castle designers?

Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, you would be half right. There IS a home for sale designed by a prolific Disney castle designer, but it’ll cost you a pretty penny!
A literal fairy tale home in Hollywood Hills, CA was listed for sale on realtor.com! The home was designed in 1926 by architect and set designer Roland E. Hill. Realtor even wrote up an article about this incredible home, and now we’re trying to figure out how to split the cost of the home with all our friends.

Hill was the lead designer for a rather well-known castle in Southern California known as Sleeping Beauty Castle. Yes, THE Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland! He was also a consultant for castle and other medieval architectural designs in films such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Sleeping Beauty, and Fantasia!

The home itself has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and tons of unique detail! And yes, we checked, the kitchen looks to be fully updated.

The asking price? $2,495,000. When you consider the location and history of the home, that isn’t too shabby of a price tag!

If you need us, we’ll be scrolling through all the photos of this gorgeous home, pretending we’re living like royalty in Hollywood Hills.
This could be the only Disney-inspired castle we’ll see in Southern California for a few more months! Click here to read why.
