We’ve been prepping for the holidays by watching all the specials Disney has shared!

There are so many options to get feeling festive, like the Disney Holiday Singalong, a Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony from Disneyland Paris, and even a Star Wars holiday special! The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special is available to stream on Disney+ and there’s a bunch of fun surprises you can spot in it while watching!
When watching the LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special, keep an eye out for fifteen of these fun, hidden easter eggs as shared by the Star Wars website!

1. You can find roasted tip-yip at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
If stopping by Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, you can find tip-yip on the menu!

2. The Aurebesh in Rey’s Jedi tome reads “SIDIOUS.”
“Sidious” is the Sith name for Emperor Palpatine and you can spot it written on the top of the page when Rey flips through the ancient Jedi texts!
3. A festive version of a Gonk droid was the inspiration for the ice sculpture.
At the Life Day party, you can see an ice sculpture for a split second! It’s meant to represent a Gonk power droid.

4. The music during Rey’s journey through time incorporates melodies and sound effects from iconic moments in Star Wars.
You can hear the iconic score orchestrated by John Williams!
5. You can see the thruster roasting cooking method in The Mandalorian and at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge!
This is a tried and true cooking method for making a delicious meal!

6. Chewbacca’s family is a callback to the original Star Wars Holiday Special.
In the special from 1978, Chewbacca can’t wait to get home to visit his family of Wookiees!
7. You can catch Darth Vader doing some holiday shopping on Batuu.
Batuu is certainly a great spot for all the best gifts!

8. In addition to Chewie’s family, another part of the special is inspired by the original Star Wars Holiday Special, some sound effects come directly from Ben Burtt’s work!
The sound effects represent the vocalizations of Chewbacca’s family.
9. Finn sings a song that should sound a little familiar, even though it’s in Huttese.
Check out the lyrics here:
Joh blastoh
Joh blastoh
Blastoh moulee rah
O ta panwa yataka
Bo eopie choppa
10. BB-9E, a droid first seen in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, has been turned into a disco ball!
This counterpart to BB-8 has a new job, spinning as a disco ball.

11. When Rey and Darth Vader are falling through the portal, you can also see Mace Windu beside them!
Mace Windu was last seen in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, flying through the air! It’s fitting that that’s where we see him again.

12. At the Life Day party, “Maclunkey,” is said by a Rodian guest. This is a reference to a noteworthy sound effect recently added to Episode IV.
This is a classic Star Wars sound that most die-hard fans know about!
13. Sound effects are used from LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy, such as the shouts from stormtroopers.
These sounds are dated back to 2006!

14. Lando appreciates the offworld Jawas, a nod to the Black Series action figures for The Mandalorian.
These creatures can be spotted in the second episode of The Mandalorian!
15. Yoda’s outfit is influenced by the narrator of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Sam the Snowman.
We loved seeing Yoda in this holiday-themed outfit!
