Although Disneyland has postponed its reopening date, Downtown Disney will be opening this week again with Cast Member previews on July 8th and its grand reopening on July 9th.

Downtown Disney will be operating with outdoor dining only at its restaurants during the initial opening process. And, Salt and Straw will be welcoming guests again starting July 9th as one of the first locations to open at first.

As the shopping and dining district opens again, Salt and Straw will be rolling out a Berries Series for the month of July!

Some of the flavors being scooped up are Birthday Cakes and Blackberries…

…Goat Cheese and Marionberry Habanero…

…Meyer Lemon with Blueberries, which is a vegan flavor.

However, you can still get Salt and Straw ice cream, even if you can’t go to Downtown Disney! You can order Pints of the Month online with nationwide shipping with other flavors like Strawberry and Coconut Water Sherbet (which is another vegan treat)….

…and Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black Pepper!
