FULL TOUR of the LEGOLAND Hotel! You're Not Going to Believe Some of These Perks.

If you’re planning to visit LEGOLAND Florida in the future and wondering where you can stay, there are three different hotels you can choose!

We recently got to visit the LEGOLAND Hotel, and it’s a great option with lots of over-the-top theming for you and your family. Want to check it out? Come on this virtual tour with us!

Atmosphere

Let’s start at the entrance! Even the exterior of this hotel is delightfully LEGO-themed, with faux bricks lining the building and the porte cochere. There are even minifigures and a LEGO dragon for a photo op.

The LEGO details continue into the lobby, and there are even some play spaces for your kiddos to check out!

Of course, the lobby and common spaces are decorated throughout with various LEGO sculptures. There’s a big castle play area in the back of the lobby with lots of great theming and a ball pit.

We absolutely adored the fun details in here. Check out the minifigure wall!

Check-in can be done at the desk or at these little kiosks. At the kiosk, you put in your info, and if your room is not ready, you can opt into a text or email to hear when it is, then you can go pick up your key at the kiosk or desk.

We stepped inside the lobby bathroom during our visit. The ladies’ room has decals of a fairy and a plumber. When someone goes to the kids’ height sink, there’s a motion detector, and you hear the voices of these characters talking to you.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a hotel without a gift shop. The store has all the basic hotel shop sundries, as well as some LEGO sets.

The carpet throughout looks like LEGO bricks, and you’ll spot some favorite characters in wall art and in sculpture form.

The elevators are disco-themed and play songs like “YMCA” and “Dancing Queen.” They even have disco lights that kick on once they start moving!

Heading outside, there’s a great pool here to enjoy during your stay (it’s heated!)…

…AND it has giant LEGO bricks to play with while you swim!

There’s also a waterslide. Your kids are going to love this!

You can visit the Wild Side Mini Golf course for an added cost. It has a basic animal theme.

There are a number of little activities available at this hotel, including a pajama party, bonfire (you can buy a s’mores kit with 9 s’mores for $25), and LEGO workshops at the Creative Workshop. For the bonfire, come to this outdoor fire pit.

If you need help navigating, there are maps outdoors to help you get around.

And the back of the hotel is just as themed as the front! This looks like a great place to stop for a picture.

Going back inside, Bricks Family Restaurant serves both breakfast and dinner. Both meals are all-you-care-to-eat with vegan and vegetarian options available.

Breakfast runs from 7 AM to 11 AM, and dinner runs from 5 PM to 9 PM daily.

If you visit the LEGO Theater, you can watch The LEGO Movie playing on repeat.

And for à la carte dining or an adult beverage, stop by Skyline Lounge. It opens daily starting at noon.

There’s a play area and a full bar. Reservations for this spot are recommended.

Now, let’s tour the rooms!

LEGO Duplo Room

At LEGOLAND Hotel, there are seven different room themes: Ninjago, DUPLO, Friends, LEGO MOVIE, Adventure, Kingdom, and Pirate. During our visit, we got to tour three of those.

We started our tour with the LEGO Duplo room, which is themed to those LEGO sets designed for smaller builders. Each of these hotel rooms has separate sleeping areas for parents and kids.

They are VERY thoroughly themed, with artwork all over the walls and life-size figurines. Each room comes with a mini-fridge and two TVs with on-demand content.

There is ample storage for your clothing and luggage, and the rooms are carpeted (rather colorfully!).

The kids’ room has a bunk bed setup with a TV. There’s a bit of storage space on the wall.

There’s also a trundle bed underneath the bottom bunk to accommodate a third child in this room.

The bathrooms in the Duplo rooms have a fun Arctic theme with penguin artwork and LEGO accents!

We particularly loved the LEGO-lined mirror. How cute!

These rooms are certainly not understated, you guys.

LEGO Friends Room

Our next room was the LEGO Friends room. Like all the others, it has a king bed for adults and a bunk bed area for the kids.

This one is a little less busy-looking than the Duplo room, but still has over-the-top theming. It has decals of the various LEGO Friends characters.

The bunk space feels like a summer camp cabin with string light decals and woodland critters.

It also has a desk setup with a mini-fridge and TV.

The bathroom here has a blue and orange color scheme. The toilets in the LEGOLAND Hotel rooms have seats for adults and kids.

There are several shelves for storage, a luggage stand, drawers, a programmable safe, an iron and ironing board, and additional bedding.

The entryway is super themed, and if you look at the box in the corner, you’ll find an in-room scavenger hunt. Each room has a little puzzle that kids can solve to open a lock on a chest by the door. The chest has fun stuff for the kids inside!

Don’t forget to look out for the scavenger hunts in each room!

The LEGO Movie Room

Last but not least, we’ve got rooms themed to The LEGO Movie! Like the others, this room also offers an in-room scavenger hunt for your kids.

The bunkhouse here has a space theme with a TV and shelves designed to look like you’re on a rocketship!

Again, there’s ample storage throughout, with plenty of space to put your clothes and luggage.

The adults area features artwork and hidden details from the movie, including themed bedspreads and posters. There’s a king bed.

Between the kids’ space and the bathroom is an additional storage area that works well for smaller items.

And the bathroom for this room theme is bright and rainbow-colored, with a LEGO rainbow above the mirror. It also has an adjustable toilet seat and a bathtub for little ones.

Ultimately, we thought this hotel would be INCREDIBLE for kids. These were the most well-themed hotel rooms we’ve seen with so many details throughout, and there are plenty of places for kids to explore and play around the property. We highly recommend checking it out!
