I Spent 40 Hours on a Plane in a Week — These 3 Things Saved My Sanity

If you’ve been following along with our travels recently, you’ll know we’ve spent a lot of time on airplanes and in airports over the past week or so, covering the Disney Adventure’s maiden voyage from Singapore, as well as missing our flight that would bring us to Paris to check out Disneyland Paris’ new Disney Adventure World.

One thing you’ll want to do when you’re stuck on long flights is sleep, and well, having a good Travel Pillow is going to be essential for that, especially if you end up stuck in a middle seat like we were! This pillow helped SO much.

Not only is it a travel pillow, but it also doubles as a sleep mask, so you can just block out the world and rest. It wraps around the seat rest so your head doesn’t move while you’re trying to catch some Z’s.

Another way to stay comfortable on a long flight is to get yourself a Foot HammockThis one just has a strap that fits over your tray table, so you can attach it and put your feet up for a more comfortable position.

Considering how tiny seats are on planes (especially if you’re flying in economy), this is going to help you elevate your feet for more comfort.

Trying to sleep on a plane also means drowning out all the noise happening around you, and that’s what these Loop Quiet 2 Earplugs do. They really helped keep airplane noise to a minimum.

This is another item that allowed us to get some decent sleep on our flights.
