Disney World sweat can be a tricky subject. No one really wants to admit to any imperfections (which I get), but those 100-degree days in the parks can lead to some lovely glistening in the sun.

That sweat can make you feel good in a weird way. It makes me feel like I’ve worked hard, and I associate it with being healthy. I also know it can lead to skin troubles once the sweat and makeup clog my pores for 5+ days in a row on my trips to see Mickey. I’m going to share my favorite skin care secrets to keep me glowing (not sweating!) no matter the weather.
Before I dive in, it’s important to remember that all skin types are different. For context, I have combination skin, which is a bit dry in some places and slightly oily in others. I also have a touch of eczema around my nose, so if you have any skin concerns, reach out to a dermatologist.

When it comes to my skin, I am obsessed with my current routine! I start off by cleaning my skin with the Pineapple Refresh PGA Daily Cleanser from Rhode.

There are tons of good cleansers out there, but there is something about this one that I just love! It doesn’t have a strong scent, which I really appreciate. It leaves my skin feeling super cleansed and refreshed without any leftover residue. I never have a question about my sweat and makeup being removed, even after it’s soaked into my skin during a 12+ hour day.
After my skin is good and clean, I go in with the Rhode Glazing Milk.

This has been viral for a few years now, and I am totally on team Rhode. This glazing milk has a ceramide trio that helps to protect my skin barrier while also making me dewy and glowy. I love that it leaves me feeling refreshed and hydrated after the sun has drained me throughout the day.
After I’ve tapped in my Glazing Milk, I add on this Glow Deep Serum.

This is a newer addition to my routine, but I do really like it so far! This serum is good for visually brightening your skin. It targets dark spots and dullness, which I struggle with. It leaves me with brighter and more naturally glowing skin.
Once I’m glowing, I add on my Barrier Restore Cream!

This cream is a thick girl, and I love that. It’s rich and creamy, but it doesn’t weigh my skin down or feel like too much. Not only does it help lock in my glazing milk, but it also helps brighten my skin so I don’t feel so dull without makeup. It also helps with any uneven texture the sun and sweat have given me throughout my trips.
On top of everything, I use the Good Molecules Wake Up Eye Gel!

This gel has been a staple of mine for years. Every time I try something new, I end up coming back to this one! I’ve been insecure about my fine lines and crow’s feet for a long time (and yes, I know they’re not terrible, but they’re just something I focus on). This eye gel helps reduce my morning puffiness and adds a plumpness that helps reduce the appearance of fine lines. It won’t reverse any aging, but it can help slow the process down and give me a temporary relief in the mornings. You also can’t beat this price!
If you’re curious about trying new skincare, I always start by trying out the Mini Sample Kits!

This minie Rhode kit was the first Rhode product I bought, so I could see how my skin reacted well before diving in with some big purchases. This skin care kit includes the daily cleanser, the glazing milk, the peptide gel serum, and the barrier resort cream. I also love these for travel, any time I head to Disney World (which is several times a year).
Finally, I top everything off with the LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask.

Yes, this is technically a sleeping mask, but I use it every night and every morning! There is just something about this mask that makes me feel like my lips look so plump and fresh. It aims to deliever long lasting mositure, which I think it manages to do! I have tons of lip balm favorites, but this one is almost always at the top of my list. I love the Berry option and the Sweet Candy option.
I am constantly on the hunt for ways to make my skin look better and brighter, even while surviving the hottest days in the theme parks. Be sure to keep following AllEars for more ways to pack for (and survive) Disney World!
