There are few, if any, things more important to pack for a Walt Disney World trip than a good pair of shoes. After all, no one wants foot pain or a blister to ruin their vacation. Trust me on that, I know from experience.
Luckily for you, we have a LOT of experience traveling to Disney World, and these are the shoes we NEVER head to the “Most Magical Place on Earth” without.
At Disney World, a reliable pair of supportive shoes will be your lifeline in the parks. That’s why we cannot stop raving about the Hoka Road Running Shoe — specifically the Clifton 10s — one of the most comfortable shoes we’ve ever tried!
Hokas come in so many different designs and colors, but the most important part is the all-day support they provide.
We’re also a big fan of the Brooks brand, with offerings like these Ghost 17 Running Shoes.
No, these aren’t the cheapest shoes; however, they are worth the investment — your feet will thank you later!
Once you have some go-to tennis shoes, you’ll need a pair that can hold up against water. After all, it’s constantly raining in Florida, and some parts of Disney World are known to flood! Enter Crocs Classic Clogs.
Crocs are a pretty controversial shoe for Disney World, but hear us out. These dry quickly, so after a rainstorm, they won’t leave your feet soaked and squishy for hours. Just be careful indoors on slippery surfaces until they are dry, though!
It’s inevitable — your feet WILL be tired at Disney World. The shoes above can help with pain and make your days more enjoyable in the parks, but if you’re hitting over 20,000 steps each day, your feet will need a little TLC. For that, we always pack the OOFOS OOahh Slides!
