2026 DATES ANNOUNCED for Mardi Gras at Universal Orlando

Who’s ready to party?!

We love Mardi Gras!

Universal Orlando just announced the dates for its annual Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval event! From February 7th to April 4th, 2026, you’ll be able to celebrate, so let’s see what’s in store!

Just like an EPCOT festival at Disney World, the Mardi Gras celebration is included in the price of your park ticket. You’ll be able to experience exclusive entertainment, shop special merchandise inside a themed Tribute Store, eat limited-time food, and more!

Time to have some fun!

The best part, though? That has to be the Mardi Gras parade! The entire time, beads will be thrown from the floats for parade watchers to catch. I highly recommend making it a competition to see who can catch the most!

2026 details haven’t been released yet, but in the past, there has been a system to have visitors ride the parade floats. I’m eager to see how this will work in 2026 — it’s the experience of a lifetime!

Menus will be announced closer to the start date. In the past, we’ve had beignets, delicious cocktails, and seafood at food stands around the park. I’ve had some of my favorite Universal food EVER during Mardi Gras!

That’s not all! You can also catch some live music. We’re still waiting on the lineup for 2026, but last year it included Kool & the Gang, Joe Jonas, and T-Pain to name a few!
