NEWS: Disney Reveals the Menu for Its NEW Moana Restaurant

Have you heard of Disney’s brand-new restaurant inspired by the popular animated film, Moana?

Moana and Quincy!

On September 12th, Hong Kong Disneyland opened Disney’s first-ever Moana-themed restaurant, and now we’ve got a look at what lies beyond! We hope you aren’t too hungry, because we’re about to show you some of the delicious dishes they serve there. Spoiler alert: MICKEY EGGS are involved.

The restaurant space is designed exactly how it should be to really display Moana’s adventurous spirit. It’s modeled after a “bai” or men’s house found in Belau, which is one of the great architectural traditions of Micronesia. Bai are extremely important at the core of the community — these buildings serve as ceremonial centers, gathering places, and reception halls. It truly is a gathering spot for guests from all over to come together. How perfect for friends and families on vacation, right?

The quick service restaurant truly is a one-of-a-kind dining experience. The inside uses art to display Moana’s journey in her wayfinding techniques — including stars, birds, ocean swells, wind patterns, and storytelling. It’s filled with decorative art, ceiling murals, and an oceanic ambiance that makes you feel like you’re in the story with Moana. The menu is filled with Halal-certified, island-inspired dishes, and they look amazing!

Beef Steak Mee Goreng with lemongrass, chili, hoisin sauce, lime, cabbage, bean sprouts, and sambal
