You’ll Need To HURRY To Try Gideon’s Bakehouse NEW June Menu in Disney World

Disney Springs is full of delicious eats, drinks, and desserts!

One of our favorite spots for those tasty desserts is Gideon’s Bakehouse! Gideon’s has some, dare we say, iconic cookies, cold brews, and more to indulge in. Now, Gideon’s is back with even more treats, but you’ll need to hurry to get them! 

If you’ve ever been to Disney Springs, you might have noticed the spooky, dark bakery that (most likely) had a long line out the door. Well, that would be Gideon’s Bakehouse.

Gideon’s offers massive cookies, huge slices of cake, and cold brews to help fix your sweet tooth cravings. We love a good Gideon’s moment, but what we really adore is the monthly menu changes! For June 2025, the bakehouse is keeping us on our toes by offering a limited edition cookie for each week of the month! 

For week one, you can grab the Coconut Caramel Chocolate Chip cookie. It’s the classic chocolate chip mixed with their vanilla bean dough and housemade salted caramel and coconut cream. (Wait, is that drool on our lips?) They top it with shaved toasted coconut for the perfect textured finish.

Week two is bringing Mint Cookies and Cream! This cookie was previously around for one single day in 2023, and we’ve needed it back ever since. The cookie is infused with mint and topped with Andes Mint pieces. Can this please be a permanent addition to the menu?

The third week of June brings a Maple Walnut Chocolate Chip cookie! This cookie is the classic chocolate with high-quality maple syrup. It also has housemade candied walnuts and cinnamon nutmeg sugar on top.

Finally, week four rounds off with a White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut cookie! This features their house-made salted caramel baked right in. It’s topped with a macadamia nut crumble for a bit of crunch on top.

Each limited cookie will last for one week at every Gideon’s location and will be limited to two per person. Not only will you get some limited-time cookies this month, but they’re also offering rotating limited-time cake slices, however, they didn’t detail what the flavors are just yet! 

To wash it all down, they’re bringing back the Cookies and Cream Cold Brew for this month! We are seriously excited to have this back.

If you aren’t familiar with Gideon’s and their menu changes, they also feature a new character each month on their menus. In June, Gilbert is the face on their collectible menu. We would die for you, Gilbert!
