It Might Seem Illegal to Get Disney World Dining Reservations Like This, But It’s Not!

When it comes to dining in Disney, we know a thing or two!

Trattoria Al Forno!

From the best snacks to the worst snacks, there are so many amazing spots to dine in when you’re at Disney World! While we love the idea of eating at our favorite restaurants, it’s not always as easy as it should be, but thanks to this trick, we are getting some of the best Disney reservations with no stress!

Getting your favorite, hard-to-get Disney dining reservation can feel like winning an Olympic Medal! What if we told you it just got even easier to go for gold with this secret reservation hack? If you didn’t already know, you can now book select restaurants at Disney World on OpenTable! And get this, you can book them BEFORE that 60 day mark!

Summer House on the Lake!

Yes, you read that right! There is another way to book dining reservations for restaurants on Disney property. OpenTable is an app and website that allows you to find hard-to-get reservations, and they will even let you book earlier than Disney’s website.

The Cake Bake Shop!

No, you aren’t hallucinating, you did read that the Cake Bake Shop is on this list! One of Disney World’s newest restaurants offers reservations almost entirely through the app, meaning if you aren’t in on this secret, you’re missing out.

The Cake Bake Shop

When it comes to Disney World’s dining reservation system, the Advanced Dining Reservation rules are semi-strict! The reservation window opens 60 days in advance (guests staying at Disney World hotels can make reservations for the entire length of their stay, for up to a 10-night stay) and the window opens at 6 AM EST.

If you’re looking on OpenTable, you can actually book well beyond that 60-day window! At the time of writing, it’s letting us look at reservation times 181 days out. That’s 3 times as many days as the Disney Advanced Dining Reservation System.

Now, not every Disney restaurant is included with this booking hack, so if your restaurant isn’t on OpenTable, make sure you’re up at 5:45 AM with your computer open, ready to go for the 6 AM drop. You also need to book in order of popularity. If you want to head to Cinderella’s Royal Table on the fourth day of your trip and Skipper Canteen on the first day, you need to book Cinderella’s first! Then work back to your least popular options.
