Hollywood Studios has a lot of options when it comes to what you’re going to eat for lunch.

If you’re spending the day in the park, chances are you’re looking for something filling, quick, and — let’s be real — not ridiculously overpriced. You don’t always need a sit-down meal, but you also don’t want to settle for a typical theme park burger or salad. That’s why every time I’m at Hollywood Studios, I order the same $13 lunch, and honestly? I have zero regrets. Let’s talk about it!
The Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese at ABC Commissary is a must.
For just $12.79, this sandwich delivers on flavor, portion size, and value. It’s not just a basic grilled cheese — it’s loaded with buffalo chicken, giving it a nice kick while still being cheesy and comforting.

The sandwich comes with thick-cut steak fries (already a win), and they even give you a side of buffalo sauce for dipping. If you’re a fan of bold flavors, this sandwich is absolutely worth trying.

ABC Commissary is also a great spot to eat in general. The indoor seating is fully air-conditioned, making it a solid escape from the Florida heat. Also, there’s a lesser-known bathroom tucked in the corner, so you can freshen up without dealing with long lines. Plus, if you grab a fountain drink, you get free refills — something that feels like a rare luxury in the parks.

Honorable Mentions for a Quick, Delicious Lunch
If you want to switch it up, Hollywood Studios has a few other solid options in the same price range. Here are my top picks:
- Ronto Wrap ($14 at Ronto Roasters) – One of the best quick eats in Galaxy’s Edge, this wrap is packed with roasted pork, grilled sausage, slaw, and a peppercorn sauce. It’s a fan favorite for a reason.

- Shrimp Tacos ($12.99 at ABC Commissary) – If you’re in the mood for something lighter, the shrimp tacos are a solid choice. They come with a flavorful slaw and tortilla chips, making them a great alternative to heavier theme park food.

- Specialty Hot Dogs ($13 at Dockside Diner) – Dockside Diner serves up some fun specialty dogs, including the Pretzel Dog and the Bacon Mac & Cheese Dog. If you’re a mac and cheese fan, you can also skip the dog and just get a big bowl of Bacon Mac & Cheese for $10.49.

If you’re looking for a solid, affordable lunch at Hollywood Studios, ABC Commissary’s Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese is the way to go. It’s a satisfying meal with good sides, free drink refills, and a nice indoor spot to cool off. But if you want to branch out, the Ronto Wrap, shrimp tacos, and specialty hot dogs are all great options that won’t break the bank.

Maybe a weird question, but does the buffalo chicken grilled cheese have ranch in it? I love buffalo chicken, but can’t stand the taste of ranch. So many buffalo chicken menu items have the ranch mixed in and you can’t escape it.
