3 Epic Universe Rides Missing From Express Pass

We are getting closer and closer to the grand opening of Universal Orlando’s NEW park, Epic Universe.

Now, we’ve had a chance to go inside Epic Universe and share our experiences (it was AMAZING!). Plus, we recently got details on the new 1-Day Express Pass for Epic Universe that should make your day in the park even easier by allowing you to bypass standby lines in the park. This Express Pass can seriously come in handy, but be warned: the Express Pass does not cover three rides in the park.

Universal just started selling 1-Day Express Passes for Epic Universe. This is an add-on to your existing Universal ticket that will allow you to skip the standby lines at rides in Epic Universe once per ride throughout the day. Pricing for this add-on starts at $129.99 per person per day.

Although MANY of Epic Universe’s rides are included with the Express Pass, three are not. The first of the three includes Dragon Racer’s Rally in How To Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk. This ride lets you practice aerobatic maneuvers on Viking-made dragon trainers, all the while giving you control of your ride experience.

Another ride not included with this Express Pass is Mine-Cart Madness in Super Nintendo World. On this ride, you’ll join Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong on a mission to protect the golden banana. You’ll speed along in a mine car and appear to leap across gaps in the track as you progress in the mission.

The third ride not included with your Express Pass could end up being one of the most popular rides in Epic Universe. Be warned: Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic is NOT included with the Express Pass. This ride will take visitors on a trip to watch the infamous trial of Dolores Umbridge.

However, most other attractions within Epic Universe are part of the Express Pass. That includes the following (note that this list is subject to change):

• Constellation Carousel
• Curse of the Werewolf
• Fyre Drill
• Hiccup’s Wing Gliders
• Le Cirque Arcanus
• Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge
• Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment
• Stardust Racers
• The Untrainable Dragon
• Yoshi’s Adventure
