What would it be like to live on Disney property?

Not Disney World or Disneyland property, but a community created by Disney? The very first one, Cotino, has been in discussion since 2022 and an opening timeline was released that same year. Cotino is a Disney-owned residential community in California, and we now have a new look at how it’s shaping up!

In a new video released by Disney, it’s been revealed that Cotino is coming along well and could start to open as soon as 2025. The front entrance is done and is ready to welcome guests.

Longtable Park, which is for residents 55+, is expected to be open and operational in early 2025! Talk about a DREAM retirement community, right?!

Some of the model homes being created by Woodbridge Pacific Group and Davidson Communities are also expected to be open by early 2025.

The Artisan Club, which will provide activities, dining, and other “exciting opportunities,” is expected to be open by summer 2025.

Finally, model homes created by Shea Homes will be opening a year from now, in Fall 2025. Based on that outdoor pool area, it looks like these homes are going to be STUNNING.
