6 Souvenirs I’ll Never Buy at Disney World Again

Stepping into Disney World is DANGEROUS.

You walk right into one of the shops and immediately you’re tempted to pull out your wallet and say “Here’s my money! I want one of everything!” It takes a lot of willpower to not purchase everything you see on the shelves, but we’re here to help you out with a list of souvenirs we NEVER buy at the parks because we can find them for much CHEAPER online instead. That way you and your wallet are both happy campers.

If we see an autograph book at Disney World, we always look the other way because we know that there are better-priced options online, like this Mickey and Friends Autograph Book.

This autograph book showcases all our classic Disney pals with a castle in the background and lots of fireworks and stars. The book also comes with a pen and it’s just as good as the ones at the parks.

Souvenir stores, like Sir Mickey’s at the Magic Kingdom, offer Disney Princess dresses for the kiddos to dress up like their fave princess. And as cute as they look displayed on the rack, we NEVER purchase these inside the resort (especially since they cost a pretty buck). There are more affordable options online with designs that are just as stunning, like this Cinderella Ball Gown for under $40.

Made with tulle, lace, and satin this dress is fit for a ball and any little princess will absolutely adore it. The best part is that they come with gloves included, which is awesome because the dresses at the parks don’t come with any accessories; they have to be purchased separately.

Parks shirts tend to be a no-go for us. You can just find inexpensive and unique options online. Instead, we found that all our favorite shirts to wear at the parks were purchased online, including this Hollywood Tower Hotel Shirt.

We love getting to represent our fave rides on our shirts and this Tower of Terror shirt is so cool because it’s only obvious to those who know of the attraction themselves.

Don’t be fooled by the housewares items they have inside of Disney World stores. We get you, they’re adorable and you ‘absolutely need them’ but if you check online, you may even find the exact items for WAY cheaper! Like these Monorail Pot Handle Covers.

Minnie ears are a popular souvenir at Disney World, but instead of purchasing them at the stores, we suggest taking a look for them online, like this Minnie Mouse Ear BaubleBar Headband. Disney often runs sales on them online and sometimes there are ears that you can only find online!

This Minnie Mouse Headband is also included in the ‘free gift with purchase’ promo going on at the Disney Store website. This is a great promo to take advantage of if you have your eye on other souvenirs. It’s a good deal that you wouldn’t get if you purchased these items at the park.
