Universal TEASES Big Announcement for NEW Epic Universe Park

Just up the road from Disney World is Universal Orlando…and a LOT is going on there!

The parks recently announced Butterbeer Season where new treats and exclusive merchandise will be available in the parks. We’re also waiting for the new Dreamworks area to open at Universal Studios Park. However, most Universal fans are waiting for more announcements on the new Epic Universe park…and we may be getting that soon!

Universal Orlando Resort just dropped this video on its social channels. A mysterious video of a starry sky with the date “3.28.24”. That’s IT. Very cryptic…but we have some clues that it’s about Epic Universe!

First of all, Universal keeps using “epic” in responses to comments on the social media posts.

The star emoji and the background in the video give us Celestial Park vibes. We already got several announcements about that land, though. Could we be learning more?

Celestial Park Overlook at Epic Universe

Another option is that we’ll learn more about the Universal Helios Grand Hotel. This hotel will be attached to Celestial Park and allow guests to enter the park from a special entrance. How cool? We don’t know a TON about the hotel just yet, but maybe we’ll learn more.

Earlier this year, Universal revealed everything coming to Celestial Park, one of the lands in Epic Universe. We got a look at the new rides, restaurants, and shops in this land, and Universal said information about the other lands would be released later. Fingers crossed for more details on another land coming to Epic Universe! Besides Celestial Park, the new theme park will include a Super Nintendo World, Dark Universe, a new Wizarding World of Harry Potter land, and a How to Train Your Dragon land.
