Big CHANGES are coming soon!

If there is one thing we know Disney does — it is change things when we least expect it. Some of these changes are for the better, and other times it takes some warming up before we really accept it. However, Disney just announced a HUGE change… and we can’t wait!
Have you ever been trying to book dining reservations for your vacation, but missed out on a reservation you REALLY wanted because you could only look for reservations one day at a time? We’ve been there too — but soon, this will be a thing of the past!

That’s right, the way that we can book dining reservations is CHANGING. Instead of being able to view dining reservations one day at a time, we’ll be able to view them for any restaurant for 10 days after the initial date you’re searching for.

This will help you see what reservations are available for that entire span of time instead of searching for them day by day — and we can’t wait! This will make it easier to plan your trip, book your meals, and then sit back and enjoy your vacation.

When you are looking for available reservations, you will log into the app or the website for whatever Disney resort you are at (either Disney World or Disneyland), and then sort by meal type — you can choose from Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, or Dinner.

From there, you’ll be able to view the reservations for your selected date. Then, highlight the restaurant you’re looking for, and select “see dining available for multiple days at a time”, and voilà! You’re now looking at all of the reservations available to you for the next 10 days.

This change is coming for both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort. The date that this change rolls out hasn’t been announced yet, but we know it will be SOON!

This will make booking your Advance Dining Reservations (ADR) A LOT easier. Remember, if you are staying at a Disney-owned resort, once you are 60 days away from your arrival date you can book your dining reservations for your entire vacation (up to 10 days). If you want to know more about ADRs, click here!

If you’re not looking for a sit-down meal, no worries! Throughout your trip, you are also able to mobile order at most quick service locations throughout the parks. You can book a time slot for when you want to pick up your food, so to make it easy — you can schedule all of your mobile order meals in the morning so you don’t need to worry about it throughout the day — just make sure you note your return times to pick up your food!

We can’t wait for this change to roll out so we can see how it works. In the meantime, keep checking back in with us for the latest news, updates, and more!
