What is your favorite thing to do in EPCOT? We know, we know — you can’t decide on just ONE.
Maybe it’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind? Or do you love taking a flight on Soarin’? For many people, the food is a highlight. While we’d agree with all of those choices, one of our favorites is strolling through World Showcase and seeing all of the unique things happening in the pavilions. Now, there’s a new one to add to your list…but it only lasts one day!
On March 3rd, 2024, you’re going to want to head over to the Japan pavilion. Why? It’s Hinamatsuri (also known as Girl’s Day) — a day dedicated to celebrating the health and happiness of girls in Japan.
In the pavilion, there will be a special Hair Accessory Demonstration Event from 12:30PM to 4PM at the Mitsukoshi Department Store.
Each of the Cultural Representatives will be dressed in a kimono to celebrate the day. Kimonos will also be available for purchase if you want to get in on the fun.
While you’re in the Japan pavilion, you can check out some must-have souvenirs or grab a bite to eat at Katsura Grill. Better yet, grab a sweet treat at Kabuki Cafe where they serve up Kakigōri!
