We know a lot of our readers love playing Disney video games.
We know how obsessed we ALL are with Disney Dreamlight Valley (yes, us, too). We’re also big Kingdom Hearts fans. But if you LOVED the Disney Epic Mickey game on the Nintendo Wii, we’ve got some BIG news: that game is getting a Nintendo Switch remake!
Yes, the classic Wii game is getting a remake called Disney Mickey Epic: Rebrushed. You’ll once more play as Mickey Mouse after he picks up a magic paintbrush in Yen Sid’s workshop to make his own portrait. Instead, Mickey creates a Shadow Blot. Mickey tries to erase it, creates even more of a mess, and is eventually sucked into a forgotten world. Mickey must use the magical paintbrush to set things right.
Here’s the announcement trailer Nintendo recently released.
The new game will have enhanced visuals (i.e., improved graphics), improved game mechanics, and more. As you can see from the trailer, it’s a HUGE upgrade.
You won’t have to wait long to play Disney Mickey Epic: Rebrushed. The game is set to come out later this year! So keep an eye out for more details. Here’s our post about the original game with more details!
