This Ride Lounge Is One of Disney World’s Best Kept SECRETS

We go to Disney World every single day, but we’re constantly finding new hidden gems and secrets in the parks!

Whether that’s a land detail that we’ve overlooked for years or a special limited-time addition, we’re always learning. That’s why we had to point out this secret ride lounge that’s hiding in EPCOT!

This secret lounge is located at Test Track…but it is only open to a very exclusive group of people. No, it’s not for Annual Passholders or Disney Visa Cardmembers — it’s for General Motors (GM) employees and retirees!

Test Track is sponsored by Chevrolet, which is owned by General Motors, so that’s why GM-affiliated people are the only ones allowed inside. The entrance of the lounge is located to the right of the Test Track entrance, hidden behind this piece of blue wall.

Once you enter, walk to the end of the hallway and press the buzzer near the elevator. Then, a Cast Member will check your GM employee ID — you cannot enter without that ID. You’ll go to level two, sign in, and you’re in!

There is no time limit to stay in this lounge. You can grab free soda while you’re there, too! Friends and family of the GM employee or retiree are allowed to come along and the lounge is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM.

The best part? When you tell the Cast Member that you are ready to leave the lounge, they’ll give free Lightning Lanes for your party! Talk about a job perk!

So if you’re a GM employee or retiree, be sure to check out this hidden lounge! It’s usually empty and it’s a nice place to relax away from the crowds.
