HURRY! Disney’s New Gideon’s Bakehouse Treat Is Gonna Be POPULAR

Gideon’s Bakehouse…it’s our guilty pleasure. It’s a bakery with some of the richest cakes, biggest cookies, and best limited-time treats out there. There’s a reason the line is often out the door!

October is also Gideon’s Bakehouse’s birthday month, so we’ve been seeing all kinds of exclusive treats this month. Now, another NEW dessert is available on October 28th and 29th, but we have a feeling it won’t stay in stock for long.

Say hello to the Chocolate Mousse Cookie Butter Cookie Delight. This homemade Chocolate Mouse features a base of the Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie, topped with Chocolate Glaze and accented with crushed Biscoff. It’s smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet — just how we like our desserts!

Gideon’s Bakehouse recommends you eat it after the mousse softens a bit: “We will give it to you cold to keep things firm, but it’s best enjoyed when the mousse gets so soft that a spoon glides through.”

Note that this dessert is expected to sell out quickly on both October 28th and 29th and according to the bakery, these treats are pretty time-consuming to make (we’re talking 8+ hours to hand make 1 hour’s worth of stock!). If you’re lucky enough to try one, know it was made with lots of love!
