Why Disney Fans Will Be Glued To Their Screens TONIGHT

This month marks a HUGE milestone for the Walt Disney Company.

The company is celebrating 100 years — a whole 100 years of movies, entertainment, and more. But where it all started was in Disney’s animation studios, so a special NEW animated short will be airing TONIGHT on TV.

Earlier this year, at Destination D23, we got to see a sneak peek of this new animated short called “Once Upon A Studio.” This short was initially created to air before Disney’s new animated movie Wish, but you can watch it TONIGHT on TV.

“Once Upon A Studio” celebrates Disney’s 100th anniversary and is described as “a love letter” to the studio. The short brings 40 Disney celebrities together in a short that has Mickey Mouse gathering a group of iconic characters together for a group photo. The short even features a cameo by 70-year-old animator Burny Mattinson. CLASSIC.

Well, you’ll get a chance to see that special short TONIGHT on ABC at 8PM EST on The Wonderful World of Disney: Disney’s 100th Anniversary Celebration” with Kelly Ripa.
