There is a lot of excitement happening in Disneyland Resort for the 100th Anniversary of The Walt Disney Company.
The parks have gotten new rides, new fireworks shows, and plenty of new special offerings like merchandise and snacks. But now, another new entertainment offering is coming soon…and Marvel fans will be STOKED.
If you watched Hawkeye on Disney+, then you might recognize the name Rogers: The Musical. It was announced that the fictitious musical from the TV series would be coming in real-time to Disney California Adventure this summer, but now we have more details!
A short, one-act production of Rogers: The Musical will be coming to the Hyperion Theater at California Adventure starting on June 30th, 2023. The show will be a limited-time engagement and have a runtime of approximately 30 minutes.
The production features a cast of characters telling the story of the original Captain America himself, Steve Rogers. The cast will include other Avengers, Peggy Carter, and Nick Fury (who will SING! We’ve got to go just to see that!). The production will include songs you’ve heard before like “Save the City” from Hawkeye and “Star Spangled Man” from Captain America: The First Avenger. There will also be five new songs written just for the show.
This show will run Tuesday-Saturday most weeks and additional details about showtimes and merchandise will be released in the near future. Stay tuned to AllEars for all the updates!
