Disney Cruise Line Announces New 2024 Sailings

We just recently took a Disney Cruise and experienced Marvel Day at Sea, did a scavenger hunt on board, and had the best day ever. If you’re thinking of taking a 2024 cruise with DCL, a new sailing destination has been added!

Disney Cruise Line will begin sailing to their new destination in the Bahamas, Lighthouse Point, beginning in June 2024.

This spot will be available on select three, four, and five-night cruises on the Disney Magic or Disney Fantasy. An inaugural cruise will take place on the Fantasy on June 8th, and a preview cruise on June 6th on the Magic. The preview cruise will only give you a “sneak peek” of the new private island with “limited access to some areas.”

There are also some new European destinations to choose from starting in the summer of 2024 as well. The Disney Dream will be returning to locations in the Mediterranean, Greek Isles, British Isles, the Norwegian Fjords, and Iceland! Ports of call will include Valencia, Spain; Haugesund, Norway; Hamburg, Germany; as well as some Mediterranean spots that Disney hasn’t visited since 2014.

DCL will also be returning to Alaska next year on the Disney Wonder from May through September 2024. The Disney Fantasy and Disney Wish will also set sail to islands throughout the Caribbean and The Bahamas, including Castaway Cay.

Bookings will open to the public for all these sailings on March 30th, 2023, but if you’re a Platinum, Gold, or Silver Castaway Club Member, or if you’re a Golden Oak Member, Disney Vacation Club Member, or Adventure Insider you will be able to book sooner.
