A NEW restaurant is coming to EPCOT at Disney World soon — Connections Cafe and Eatery!

We’ve already seen a few looks at the new spot, like some concept art and the sign outside, as well as some fun details. This is also the location where we will see a new Starbucks! But, what we’ve really been wanting to see is what FOOD will be coming to the spot — and now, we have a first look!
Connections Cafe and Eatery is a new quick service restaurant coming this spring. It has food inspired from cuisines around the world. Disney has just released a preview of the menu, so let’s see what it has to offer!

There will be sandwiches including the French Bistro Burger with Caramelized Onion, Bacon, Brie, Mushrooms, and Dijon Mayonnaise as well as the Southwestern Burger featuring a roasted chipotle-corn salsa and guacamole spread. We’ll also be getting a Vietnamese-inspired Banh Mi Burger and a Greek-inspired Mediterranean Burger.

There are also some salads inspired by French cuisine, like the Niçoise-style Salad with potatoes, white and green beans, and olives drizzled with a delicious Dijon vinaigrette. There is a salad inspired by Chinese cuisine as well — the General Tso Chicken Salad which will have Petite Kale Blend, Broccoli Slaw, Red Bell Pepper, Mandarin Oranges, Edamame, Crispy Wontons, Warm Fried Chicken, and General Tso’s Dressing.

Creations will also be getting some pizza! There are four pizzas available including the Pepperoni Pizza, with San Marzano Tomato and Basil Sauce, Mozzarella Blend, as well as the Meatball Pizza and the Curry Spice Pizza, which is topped with carrots, potato, peas, and lime “yogurt” (which is plant-based!). The pizzas also appear to come with a Petite Side Salad.

For the kiddos, they can grab things like the Grilled Chicken Bao, Chicken Nuggets Basket, or a Cheeseburger.

And, we can’t forget about dessert! One of the exciting options coming is the Liege Waffle made with brioche yeast dough stuffed with pearl sugar and finished with tasty toppings.

Milkshakes will be available as well! First, there is a Mango-Coconut Milk Shake topped off with a pomegranate molasses drizzle. For a more dessert feel, Disney says the Apple Pie Gelato Shake is the way to go!

Creations will also have non-alcoholic drinks like the alcohol-free Watermelon-Mint Agua Fresca. For alcohol, there will be multiple wines and draft beers available, along with drinks like the Cucumber and Thai Basil Cooler.

We can’t wait to try out all of this food for ourselves! We still don’t have an official opening date — we just know that it will be opening some time this spring. So, keep up with All Ears to stay in the loop about this new dining option!
