If anyone asked us where we would most likely want to take a vacation, the answer is easy — Disney World.
What’s surprising, though, is that at least according to one social media app, Disney World also ranks as the #1 top tourist spot in the entire world.
According to Forbes, a study from the Next Vacay booking website has researched TikTok travel videos, as well as searches for specific destinations, to determine what the top five destinations in the world are.
Here are those top five based on how they ended up ranking on TikTok:
5. Grand Canyon, Arizona (over 273.2 million views)
4. Taj Mahal, Agra, India (over 377.4 million views)
3. Eiffel Tower, Paris, France (719.6 million views)
2. Burj Khalifa, Dubai, UAE (1.9 billion views)
1. Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida (over 8.6 billion views)
That’s right! Coming in at #1 was Disney World, which is the most popular tourist location in the WORLD. Forget the Taj Mahal and Paris, Disney World is where it’s at (but we knew that already, right?).
So if you decide to go to Disney World over other parts of the world, you’re not alone. Disney World remains popular, at least with social media users, and will probably stay so for a very long time.
