NEWS: Tokyo Disney Resort Announces Return of Special Easter Event

The Tokyo Disneyland Resort has experienced many closures and challenges during the pandemic’s beginning since 2020. But, as time has gone on, more celebrations have returned to the resort.

And Disney recently announced that a special event will be returning for the first time in three years this spring!

Disney has announced that Tokyo Disneyland will host the special event “Disney Easter” for the first time in three years, from April 1st to June 30th of this year! The event will feature a modified version of the parade, “Usatama on the Run!” among other celebrations.

Another exciting, limited time event that will be part of the festivities is “Astro Hero Time!”, which is a limited time version of the Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters attraction. This overlay will be available from April 1st through August 31st, 2022.

At Tokyo DisneySea, guests will be able to find gorgeous displays of colorful paintings and flowers at Via Paperino in Mediterranean Harbor from April 1st to June 30th, 2022.

Tokyo Disney Resort will also have spring-themed merchandise items available, as well as cherry blossom-themed menu items available at certain restaurants offering seasonal selections in honor of the 20th anniversary of Tokyo DisneySea!
