Disney tends to announce big updates at a variety of events and meetings throughout the year.
For example, Destination D23 was filled with updates on new rides, returning entertainment, and more in the parks, and we recently got an update on Disney+ subscription numbers and how the company may be looking to cut costs into 2022 during the Quarter 4 Earnings Call. And, now Disney has announced when their Annual Shareholders meeting will be held next year.
The Walt Disney Company Annual Shareholders Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 9th, 2022 at 1PM ET/10AM PT. The meeting will be held virtually and will then be available on Disney’s website for viewing after.
A lot has changed in the company over the past year with Bob Iger stepping down as CEO, Bob Chapek taking over, the Disney Parks reopening and returning to “normal” operations, and more. So, we could be in for quite a few updates regarding the state of the company and what we can expect in the future.
