Hold Onto Your Acorns! A NEW Character Will Greet Guests at Universal Orlando SOON!

If you’ve been to Universal Orlando Resort during the holidays, you may be familiar with Earl The Squirrel.

He’s often found on merchandise, on various Christmas trees in the parks, and he even has his own room in Universal’s holiday tribute store. And, beginning tomorrow, Universal Orlando guests will actually get to MEET Earl for the first time ever!

That’s right! Universal Orlando is bringing Earl to life as a six-foot-tall walkaround character! He’ll be wearing his “I Love Acorns” holiday sweater while meeting guests on select days in Universal Studios from December 11th, 2021 through January 2nd, 2022.

Earl is based on a real squirrel that the Entertainment team at Universal Orlando found in a Christmas tree over a decade ago. His legend has lived on in the parks ever since, and now he’s an original character for guests to meet. So if you’ve ever wanted to meet him, head on over to Universal Studios this holiday season!
