Universal Orlando has a lot of fun thrill rides you can experience.

You can go on Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey inside of Hogwarts, be launched out over the water on The Incredible Hulk Coaster, or listen to music while high up in the sky on the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit! The newest thrill ride at Universal is the VelociCoaster over inside Islands of Adventure. And now, you can get a closer look at how the coaster was made.
There’s a new special that shows you the behind-the-scenes journey of the creation of VelociCoaster!

The Making of Jurassic World Velocicoaster special is hosted by Mario Lopez and takes a look into the development of the fastest and tallest launch coaster in Florida.

The special shows the three-year development of the coaster, featuring everything from the idea and theming to the actual maneuvers of the ride. You’ll also get to see what it took for Universal Creative’s team to create VelociCoaster.

You can stream The Making of Jurassic World Velocicoaster right now on Peacock, NBCUniversal’s streaming service.

For those who haven’t been on VelociCoaster yet, it’s a launch coaster that has 4,700 feet of track, it’s 155 feet tall and goes up to speeds of 70 miles per hour. There is also a 360-degree inversion just inches above the lagoon! You can take virtual ride on VelociCoaster here. And, take a first look at the special below:
