VIDEO: A SPECIAL Time Capsule Has Been Hidden In Disneyland Paris’ Castle

Disneyland Paris is gearing up to celebrate its 30th Anniversary this year!

One of the major projects that Disney already has underway for the celebrations is the refurbishment of Sleeping Beauty Castle. And, though the park is currently closed, Disney shared a behind-the-scenes look at some of the work being done!

The refurbishment began back in January and part of the project involves removing the old towers on the castle and replacing them with new ones. And, they put more than just a new roof on one of the towers!

Disney hosted a special virtual event for Cast Members in Disneyland Paris called Part of My Castle, where they had the opportunity to write a letter that would be built into the castle! Disney received over 2,000 letters and now they can be found inside one of the castle’s turrets!

You can watch the video below to see what some of the Cast Members wrote and which turret is now home to all the letters!

Disneyland Paris is set to reopen on June 17th and, though work on the castle will still be underway, guests will soon be able to check out the progress. Stay tuned for more Disney news and updates!
