The most recent movie to hit Disney+, Raya and the Last Dragon, is now being released digitally across other platforms today!
If you’ve already gotten to watch the movie in theatres, or on Disney+ Premiere access, we found something cool to show you.
Slashfilm shared a deleted scene from an early version of Raya and the Last Dragon, and though it has full voice acting, it’s still in storyboard form!
In the clip, we learn that Raya’s sword was supposed to be magic! That would’ve been an interesting twist to throw in the movie, but regardless, this early-stage animation fight scene is pretty cool on its own.
Go Raya! This scene is included in the Bonus Features on the DVD and Blueray versions of Raya and the Last Dragon, which will be released on May 19th.
For now, Raya and the Last Dragon is still available to watch on Disney+ Premiere access or starting today, for purchase digitally on other streaming services.
